Look out, wine connoisseurs, D.H. Lescombes’ New Mexican Cabernet
Sauvignon can hold its own! Velvety and luscious with a dynamic nose
of toast, smoke, roasted hazelnuts, caramel and hints of chocolate, with
a diverse flavor profile marked by sturdy tannins that soften as the wine
has a chance to breath. Flavors include dark plum, dried cranberry,
toast, jammy, ripe, red berries with meaty notes and a pleasant acidic
and tannic finish.

This excellent red wine is a perfect match for herb-rubbed red meats and
foods with a high fat content, like prime rib, roast, ribeye, chicken picado
and milk chocolate for dessert.

This is the best Cabernet in NM, TX, and AZ without a doubt, and far better than most of the California Cabs. This is an incredible wine for the price. Forget Australia, Chile, and Argentina, DH Lescombes is great. Enjoy!

A delectable surprise in a relatively low cost Cabernet Sauvignon. Excellent with or without food. Currently, my #1 value in a wine of any varietal.
