Some friends traveling through NM came to visit me and brought this delicious and unique wine. Very delicious with a sweet beginning and then the flavor of the Hatch came through in the end. So good that I used as a marinade for my grilled chicken. I love cooking with wine that I enjoy drinking.

Love this wine! it is sooo smooth, not bitter or tinney, and I especially love the aroma of green chile when you take that first sip - like roasting chile. Looking for more in local stores, but no luck. Will buy plenty when I can find it.

I tried this wine in Farmington and had to order some from gifts. Everyone that has tasted it love it. I'm getting ready to place my 3rd order (24 bottles)for additional gifts, myself and friends. It's definitely a must have in your wine selection.

Just served a bottle to 14 thristy Texans in Georgetown TX, they loved it. Everyone enjoyed the flavor of the chiles that came through, without any of the heat. Now I have to go order a case to share with all my neighbors!

Delicious. I normally don't drink wine or any alcoholic beverage, but once I took a sip of Hatch Green Chile Wine I knew it would be the one wine I would keep on hand for special occassions. I bought a case for Christmas, gave a bottle to several friends for Christmas - everyone liked it alot.
